Guaranty Bancorp is a community- oriented federal mutual savings association. We provide financial services to individuals, families and small businesses primarily in Gaston County and its four contiguous counties in North and South Carolina. We are engaged primarily in the business of offering various FDIC-insured retail deposits to customers through our four branch offices, and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, in one- to four-family residential, multifamily residential and commercial real estate loans, construction loans, commercial business loans, consumer loans, and mortgage-backed and other securities.
